TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Fees:

For new students, the class fee is $375 for LVN’s and $425 for RN’s. This cost includes taxes and all review materials.  In addtion, you may attend extra sessions for $40 per class or $150 for the entire review after your session is completed for up to 3 months.  

Payment Method

We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks and all major credit cards through Paypal. Please do not mail cash.

Payment Plan

A payment plan may be worked out but MUST be discussed with us before the first day of class. Please note that payment plans include an added fee.

Registration Deadline

We recommend that you register early to guarantee your seat in the program. A minimum deposit of $50 is required with registration if not paid in full. Balance is due PRIOR to the first day of class.  To guarantee your place in class, register with a deposit as soon as possible.

Refunds

Cancellation after the lunch break on your first day will be refunded the amount paid, minus your $50 deposit OR $50 of your entire payment. You must notify your instructor that you will no longer partake in the program in order to receive a refund. There will be absolutely no refunds if cancellation is done after this time. No exceptions. Because class sizes are extremely limited, your deposit is NOT refundable if cancellation is made within one week before the start of your review session.

Missing a class

Please CALL if you will be absent for a class.  If you are unable to attend one of the class sessions, you may attend another scheduled class.  In the rare event your instructor is absent, a make up day will be scheduled.  If your class is cancelled, you may make up the missing days or we will refund your money for the cancelled days.

Repeating the program

Students who have previously taken our review may attend extra tune-up sessions for $40 per session or $150 for the entire review.  You must notify us of which class(es) you would like to re-take. 

Parking

Sycamore Learning Center is not liable for any damages to vehicles operated in the Holmes Center parking structure. This includes towing of vehicles. All costs of towing will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner/operator.

We are not a franchise and this review is conducted by the founder of the company herself, who is a nurse educator and nursing faculty of a prestigious nursing school in Los Angeles, California. Her style is "experiential", so you can consider this as a refresher or a continuing education. Our mission is to help you pass your NCLEX test on your first try!
